The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has issued its new NPDES Multi-Sector General Permit for Industrial Activity. Major changes include the required submittal of an Annual Report and benchmark monitoring modifications. States affected by this general permit are New Mexico, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and the District of Columbia.
